Return and Refunds Policy

 

It is the intention of Builders Signs to give our clients products that fulfil the standards displayed on our website as well as our client’s anticipations. We will make every effort to reach a quick and mutually suitable resolution if your expectations are not met by our services. You can send the following to our email address if we do not meet your expectations.

  1. What item do you wish to return?
  2. Why do you want to return it?
  3. The date of your purchase
  4. Photos of the product

Once received we will look into that and will try our best to resolve the problem soon. 

In order to ensure quality signage, we custom print our products with artwork that is approved by the customer before printing. For that reason, it is imperative that you select your product carefully and carefully review your artwork. Additionally, it is important to keep in mind that the colours displayed on your screen are not accurate in the artwork proof. On different printers and materials, colours will print differently and will display differently on different computer screens. In order to ensure that we achieve the closest possible match to the Pantone (PMS) colour, it is essential that a Pantone (PMS) colour is advised before the artwork proof is approved.


What Can Be Returned

  1. Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may be returned.
  2. No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.
  3. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.


What Can Not Be Returned

Builders Sign takes great pride in its responsibility to provide high-quality products to its clients. In spite of this, we are unable to control some circumstances. Please be advised that we are not responsible for the following.

  1. We do not refund or trade for a change of mind, errors in approved proofs, shipping or stock delay.
  2. Returns for Artwork Issues

    1. Grammatical errors, spelling and punctuation made by the customer.
    2. Mistakes that the client has approved after being sent a Proof
    3. 10% difference in design printing colours & size


In the case of minor problems, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. 

For custom-printed items, refunds are not suggested.
