This page covers the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.


1. Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation via email. Kindly keep our email confirmation as your proof of purchase.


2. Order processing

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After the artwork is approved and your payment is verified, all orders are processed within 3-10 business days depending on our workload. 

An order cannot be added to the print queue until we have received artwork approval, payment and the delivery address. We will contact you if there are any delays.


3. Delivery address

To avoid undelivered packages, we prefer clients to provide our courier with a commercial address rather than a residential address. Delivery of oversize items to residential addresses can attract higher charges which will be billed to the client. All of our parcels are marked Authority to Leave (ATL) as redelivery costs need to be charged to the client and these can be expensive.

Please note that we cannot provide time of delivery or pass on details to be contacted on arrival – these are not options which are available with most transport companies.


4. Freight and delivery

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Once we receive your order and payment, we will provide you with the estimated delivery date of the item.

The delivery time indicated on the order is only intended as a guide. The estimated time of delivery is not guaranteed. 

Delivery times may be affected by weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances. As long as these are not exceptional circumstances, we will work hard to fulfil your order.


5. Consignment tracking number

We provide transparency and visibility throughout the shipping process. We will send a link to track your package once your order has been completed and dispatched.


6. Lost Parcel

We have found that more often than not, packages get lost or become delivery exceptions because they end up in a building or with neighbours. We would like to request that clients check out common courier delivery places.

7. Damaged package

For damaged packaging or product, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately at 1800 781 814. We would also appreciate it if you could send us a video and a photo of the damaged package or item and send it to
