Builders Signs is dedicated to giving quality services to our clients and this policy shows that it is our responsibility to secure our client’s data.

We respect our customer’s privacy and confidentiality.  In compliance with the national principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act), we require all data we receive from our clients to be protected on secure servers. 

Please be sure to read our privacy policy carefully. In addition, our secure server software safeguards all of the customer data we collect from misuse and unauthorised access. All of the data we receive from our customers is encrypted before it is sent to us. The information associated with credit cards is not stored on our servers.

 

What personal data is gathered and why do we gather it?

We gather our customer’s personal data for the general purpose of giving our services to them. We may also use our client’s personal data for other purposes that are related to our transaction purposes. At any time, you may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists by contacting us in writing if such use or disclosure is reasonable to you.

Whenever we collect personal data, we will, as appropriate, clarify to you why the information is being gathered and how it will be used.


What Do We Collect?

The information you provide about yourself like your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information.

 

How Do We Use It?

To allow our sales, logistics and finance team to complete a specific transaction, screen orders for fraud and risk, fulfil orders, and contact you with new products or offers.
