Corflute or corrugated plastic is one of the most common materials used for building site signage. It has the perfect mix of durability and price. Corflute signs should last around 2 years depending on the UV conditions over their lifespan.
We sell only 5mm corflute signs because they are the most durable. Using 3mm corflute is a false economy and 3mm signs are virtually the same price as 5mm.
Corrogated plastic signs are used on building sites for site safety and for branding. We have a number of site safety templates and we are much cheaper than MBA or HIA corflute signs.
Using corroplast to brand sites is an extremely effective method of branding a low price. We sell corflute to builders and trades of all types as well as corflute signage for elections.
There are two ways that corflute signage is printed. For best results, designs are printed onto a vinyl sticker which is then “laid-up” on the corrogated plastic sheet. This gives purchasers a better and longer lasting print – however it is much more expensive and less environmentally friendly. Direct print corflute is cheaper and perfectly acceptable in most cases – particularly in a construction environment.
Corflute is recyclable but only in large quantities with all eyelets and stickers removed.
We are not able to calculate delivery costs for banner mesh easily. We have a flat rate charge for metro deliveries but this can change if you are in a regional location or if we need to deliver to a home address.
In most cases the metro delivery charge is sufficient. If there are regional delivery charges, we will advise you and ask you if you want to continue with your order.
